CBS Sports Production Caterer August, 2005, 2006, and 2007. We provided off-premise catering services through our sister company Corinne’s Concepts in Catering to the entire CBS Sports production crew, television cast, VIP’s, local police and security personnel at the US Open Tennis Tournament, United States Tennis Stadium in Corona, New York for three consecutive years. Handled all food service, cooking and support staff. We coordinated all the necessary support equipment and fully equipped mobile kitchens to produce and serve all the meals in a professional, safe, sanitary as well as appealing environment. Over 10,000 meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner meal periods were served each year during a 3-week period. We have also handled a number of LPGA golf production catered events for CBS Sports with full food service, including the HSBC Women’s Golf Championship in Gladstone, NJ (2005, 2006), and New Rochelle, NY (2007).
